Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters met personally to promote next month's bout.
Ex two-time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly happening.
